Neo Marxist critical legal theory has become so ingrained in our judiciary (anytime you hear the phrase “restorative justice” watch out) that “dismantling systems of oppression” is a 24/7 job for our courts. In front of them anything that helps to destroy America is good and anything that maintains the rule of law as understood by the Founders is bad. So, of course, hiding violent illegal alien gang bangers in your house is right and proper. If you doubt the importance the Left places on this sort criminality Leftie lawyers have already called for AG Pam Bondi to be disbarred for enforcing the law. We repeatedly were treated to the spectacle of public school districts on break declaring that because community spread was “too high” they would have to “go remote” when the break was over. Ahem.
